As you may have noticed i sorted the keys in categories.Just to give you a feel where you
can find what,i want to explain that for example tweaks modified under HKEY_CURRENT_USER,but from
feeling OS related (just under the current user) you will find under OS Related.(These includes tweaks
for example like:XP Menu Speed Up,which is modified under HKEY_CURRENT_USER under the current logged in
user but feels more like Operating System related).In some cases you can check the same path as under
HKEY_CURRENT_USER as well under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE to apply the changes PC wide.So it is wise to check
more categories if you do not find what you want. |

When you open a side for a specific key,you will see first some lines of text describing the function
and effect of the key you opened.Under this you will find the path where to locate the key.The path is
held in RED.Below this you will find the name of the entry or subkey you need to modify/create.
I wrote down nearly on every page in short words how to create a new key!
Under this you find the values or/and value names and a description what you have to do.
This informations are held in RED as well.You can en/disable a few features easier through the common XP
menu and dialog boxes.Editing this features through the registry should be done when the common way does not
work,or of course as well when you are a geek and don't want to get involved in menu and dialog boxes.
