When XP Logs Off Automaticaly

Note: You need to acces the affected PC remotly from another
Pc on the network.Done so,navigate on the affected PC to:

- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
\SOFTWARE\Micorsoft\Windows NT\
CurrentVersion\Winlogon\

Locate the entry Userinit in the right pane and double click it.
Set the value to :

C:\WINDOWS\System32\userinit.exe

In case this does not help you need to run a repair :
