When you want to offer Remote Assistance to a user on another XP
based PC and you send an invitation you may recive an "You do not have
access to logon to this session" error message.
To solve this problem navigate to :


- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet
\Control\Terminal Server\


Select now in the right pane the entry :


fInHelpMode


and delet it.



Restart you Pc and send the invitation again.
