If you cannot access the Offline Files Tab under Folder Options you
can reinitialize the Offline Cache (CSC) through the registry :


- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersione\NetCache\

Create here a new DWORD [Dword Value] entry and name it :

FormatDatabase
(Double click this entry and set it's value to 1.)


Note :This requires a restart,after the restart the CSC is reinitialized and
you need to make the files offline availble again.Unsynchronized data is lost

If you cannot change the path to location you synchronize with in
My Cocuments follow the path below and chnage the path in the value of
the entry : personal

- HKEY_CURRENT_USER
\Software\Microsoft\Windows\
\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders\
