No Network Connections In Control Panel
    -OS Related

A missing Network Connections option within the Control Panel can most
likely be caused by a registry key, which prevents Windows from loading it
when you open the Control Panel.
It is the same key which prevents in many cases the Data Sources(ODBC)
from loading into the Control Panel. To resolve this issue navigate to :

- HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\don't load\

Delete now in the right pane the entry :

ncpa.cpl

Close registry editor.Open Control Panel again,Network Connections
should be listed there as option now
