No Data Sources (ODBC) In Control Panel
    -OS Related

A common problem in Windows XP is that you cannot see the
ODBC Data Sources.entry in the Control Panel. To fix this problem you need
to remove the don't load restriction for the Control Panel in the registry.
To do so go to :

- HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\don't load\

Delete here in the right pane the entry :

odbccp32.cpl

It is enough to close the registry editor.Open now Control Panel again.
The Data Sources (ODBC) should be listed in Control Panel now.
Worked with me without problems.
