You can change the registrered owner and organization name.
Navigate to :


- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\Current Version\


Select in the right pane :

RegisteredOwner and RegisteredOrganization

(Double click each and enter a new name in both entrys)



Note:This will not displace the registration key or the activation
procedure.
