This can be useful by deploying Software packages which needs to be installed
with elevated privilegs,or if you have an incident where user is non admin and
complains he cannot install a legaly downloaded or deployed software.Of course
you can take over the PC and login as administrator to install the SW,or give the
user temporary Admin Rights.But its just a few clicks to enable elevated
privilegs through network registry for installations on the users PC and let the
user do the test.When this fails you can still take over the affected PC for some
deeper investigations.To enable Elevated Privilegs for Installer navigate to:

- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Installer\

- HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Installer\

Add here in the right pane (for both keys above) a new entry and name it:
(right click , new , REG_DWORD [DWord Value])

AlwaysInstallElevated

Doubleclick the new created entry and set it's value to 1

Untill this tweak is active (value = 1) the Installer will run with elevated
rights.
