You can fix the quicklunch items in the quicklunchbar.
Navigate to :

- HKEY_CURRENT_USER
\Software\Microsoft\Windows
\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer\

Locate now in the right pane the entry :

NoSaveSettings
(Double click it and set it's value to 0)

If the entry is not there you need to create it.
(Right click in right pane , new , Dword Value)Name it:
NoSaveSettings.This will need a restart to become active.

Note:

Customize the quicklunch items before you restart.They will be fixed
after this!
