To enable paste by rightclick in the command window modify
or create the following entry :


- HKEY_CURRENTS_USER
\Console\


Locate in the right pane the entry :

QuickEdit

(Double click it and set its value to 1 to enable and to 0 to disable it.)



It worked by me without a restart.
