    Enable Auto Dial Your ISP

You can set Windows XP to automatically establish an Internet
Connection by auto dialing your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
Go the way below:


- HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Windows
\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings


Focus in the right pane on the entry below:
EnableAutodial

Doublecklick the entry and set its value to 1
to enable it.
Set the value to 0 to disable it.




Note:This is for the Current User.To enable it Pc wide,do the same
as described above under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.
(It is exactly the same path there).It is possible that you need
to create the EnableAutodial entry there.Create it as a REG_DWORD
[Dword Value] (right click in right pane , new ,[Dword Value]
