You can clear the Page File at Shutdown.This can increase performance
but increases shutdown time as well.Navigate to :


HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control
\Session Manager\Memory Management\


Select in the right pane :

ClearPageFileAtShutdown

(Doubleclick it and set it's value to 1 to enable this function.)


Reboot your computer!
