If you have uninstalled a program but the program is still listed
in Add/Remove programs you can remove it manually from the registry.
Navigate to :


- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft
\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall


The Uninstall key contains the installed programs.

Check right pane DisplayName to identify the program
you have uninstalled and want the entry removed.
Once you have located the program,delete the key in the left pane.


Note:It is impossible to use Add/Remove programs to uninstall a
program where the key is deleted.You should try
Windows Installer CleanUp Utility then for example.
